About
I am a qualified Medical Intuitive, Mind-Body Therapist and Naturopath. My work brings together professional training, intuitive insight, and a deep respect for the lived experience of healing. I have not come to this work only through study; I have also come to it through my own journey of questioning, learning, healing, and rebuilding.
In 2021, our teenage daughter woke one morning after being a healthy, vibrant, sport-loving girl, and our family began a journey through chronic illness that would take four years to fully heal. I am deeply grateful that she has returned to complete health.
Although I qualified as a naturopath in 2006, her experience opened me to a new world of medical intuition as well as mind-body medicine. It became the motivation behind my decision to study and pursue this approach in supporting others who are searching for health, vitality, and a deeper understanding of their own healing journey. Her experience changed me deeply. It taught me what it means to search for answers, to advocate, to keep believing in the body’s capacity to heal, and to understand how important it is to be truly heard.
During this same time, one of my dearest and most beautiful friends was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021. I love her deeply, and her experience further opened my heart to the courage, uncertainty, and strength that can be part of a serious health journey. In honour of her, and in support of others navigating illness and the search for healing, I also studied to become a Radical Remission Health Coach and a Post graduate Diploma in Oncology Massage.
Because of this, I understand how important it is to feel safe, believed, and met with compassion. Healing is rarely linear. It can involve the body, emotions, nervous system, past experiences, beliefs, relationships, and the deeper parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen. My role is to listen carefully—to you, to your story, and to the patterns your body may be expressing.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and a BA Hons in Psychology. My additional training includes an International Medical Intuitive Certification, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach training through Harvard Medical School, Radical Remission Health Coaching, as well as clinical hypnotherapy. These qualifications allow me to support clients with both professional knowledge and intuitive awareness.
My Approach
My approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply respectful. I believe the body often communicates through layers. Physical symptoms may sit alongside emotional stress, unresolved grief, trauma, long-held beliefs, energetic imbalances, or a loss of connection to your own inner guidance. Rather than forcing answers, we make space to listen.
During a session, I tune into the body and biofield to explore where energy may feel blocked, depleted, heightened, or out of balance. I may also look at emotional patterns, stress responses, boundaries, life transitions, and the deeper themes connected with personal power, purpose, and self-trust. My intention is to offer insight that feels supportive, practical, and empowering.
